Samula Julita Group of Companies Ltd is hiring Waitress/Waiter to play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our patrons.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take orders from patrons for food or beverages.
- Check with customers to ensure they are enjoying their meals, addressing any issues promptly.
- Collect payments from customers efficiently and accurately.
- Remove dishes and glasses from tables and ensure they are taken to the kitchen for cleaning.
- Serve food and beverages, including preparing or serving specialty dishes at tables as required.
- Clean tables or counters after patrons have finished dining to maintain a tidy environment.
What We’re Looking For:
The ideal candidate will have:
- A post-secondary diploma in Hotel Management or other related fields.
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong active listening and speaking skills to effectively communicate with customers.
- A service-oriented mindset with the ability to coordinate tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in using Point of Sale (POS) software for processing customer receipts.
