Human Capital Business Solutions Ltd is hiring a Marketing Manager responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to promote the company’s products, enhance brand awareness, and drive sales growth. The manager conducts market research, analyzes industry trends, and identifies opportunities to expand the company’s market share. They oversee advertising, digital marketing, trade shows, and promotional activities tailored to B2B clients and industrial markets.
Reports To: Sales and Marketing Director
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Develop Marketing Strategies
- Create and implement marketing plans aligned with business goals.
- Identify target markets and customer segments (primarily B2B).
- Align marketing activities with product development and sales efforts.
Conduct Market Research and Analysis
- Analyze industry trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings.
- Gather market intelligence to support product positioning and pricing strategies.
- Monitor shifts in demand and recommend strategic responses.
Brand Management
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
- Enhance brand visibility in industrial and trade-specific markets.
- Develop corporate identity and promotional materials.
Product Marketing
- Support product launches with marketing campaigns and materials.
- Develop product brochures, catalogues, and technical content.
- Liaise with R&D and production teams to align product features with market needs.
Sales Support
- Provide marketing collateral and tools to the sales team.
- Collaborate on pricing, promotions, and customer communications.
- Help prepare for client presentations and proposals.
Trade Shows and Events
- Plan and manage participation in trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry conferences.
- Organize product demonstrations and promotional events.
- Coordinate booth design, materials, and logistics.
Budget Management
- Prepare and manage the marketing budget.
- Ensure cost-effective allocation of resources and ROI tracking.
- Report regularly on budget usage and campaign performance.
Team Leadership and Vendor Coordination
- Lead, train, and evaluate the marketing team.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, designers, and consultants.
- Oversee production of marketing materials and campaigns.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting
- Set KPIs and track marketing performance.
- Prepare reports for senior management on campaign results and market developments.
- Adjust strategies based on performance data and feedback.
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce or a related field.
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration or related field is an added advantage.
- Professional Certifications (CIM) or equivalent is highly considered
- 5–10+ years in a similar role within the manufacturing industry
- Knowledge on Inventory Management and Stock optimization.
- Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems (SAP, Salesforce)
- Market research analysis skills.
- Strong communication and presentations skills.
- Creative thinking with a practical results-oriented approach.
