Vaal Real Estate is hiring a Call Centre Agent





 



Duties & Responsibilities



  • Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner (answering of incoming calls, do follow up calls & cold calls).

  • Assist at the front desk by manning the front desk, welcoming & greeting guests, answer client questions & complaints. Ensuring the front desk is tidy & presentable.

  • Handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by email; Identify customers’ needs, provide customers with product and service information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives, seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise.

  • Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics.

  • Route calls to appropriate resource.

  • Use of the CRM; Enter new & update existing customer information, keep records of all conversations, document all call information according to standard operating procedures, Complete call logs, Produce call reports.

  • Research required information using available resources.

  • Attend exhibitions & activations to input data of leads captured.

  • Any other duties commensurate with the grade and level of responsibility of this post.

  • Supporting the overall marketing team.
