Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• 
  
  
  
  • Update and maintain relevant personnel data
  
  
  • Interpret and advise staff on application of existing Human Resource rules, regulations, procedures and standing orders or on any other relevant issues;
  
  
  • Maintain staff attendance register, staff clock in and clock out system at point of entrance in line with the HR manual approved guidelines;
  
  
  • Provide technical guidance to resolve conflict amongst staff;
  
  
  • Prepare monthly salary schedules and submit them to the Senior Human Resource Officer;
  
  
  
  

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Honors Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Social Sciences/Arts, Commerce, Business Administration or any other related degree with a bias in Human Resource Management field.
